This ventresca in butter is the result of a collaboration with the award-winning Galician creamery Airas Moniz.

Our canned white tuna belly is the result of a careful selection of the finest specimens, line-caught in the Cantabrian Sea. The tender texture and typical “flakes” of the ventresca make it the most prized part of the white tuna.

Each tin contains delicate and succulent tuna flakes, hand-packed and accompanied by the smoothness of Airas Moniz artisanal butter. This butter is made from the raw milk of a herd of grazing Jersey cows, ensuring a unique flavor and texture.
