Also known as Portuguese Chimichurri sauce. Skipjack tuna caught in Atlantic waters with hook and line, using a traditional centuries-old fishing method. The tuna is then cooked in brine according to the traditional recipe of the old cannery on São Jorge. This results in an incomparable texture and flavor.
