These tinned anchovies are the result of a careful selection of the finest specimens. Coarvi only uses anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) caught exclusively on the Spanish coast, in the Mediterranean Sea, and in the Cantabrian Sea. Prepared in an artisanal manner to guarantee unmistakable flavour and texture. Through a traditional salting process and optimal maturation, they obtain succulent fillets with the perfect balance between intensity and softness.

At Conservas Coarvi, every anchovy is handled with care by expert hands, guaranteeing an impeccable presentation and exceptional flavour in every bite. Ideal to eat on their own, with bread and tomato, or as a main ingredient in your favourite recipe.
