Sardines “Do Xeito” vintage 2022 Limited edition

Do xeito fishing:

Traditional and sustainable fishing since the 15th century (currently 425 boats in Galicia), taking place at dusk and dawn. The fisherman removes each sardine caught in the net alive, preserving freshness and quality until processing. Maturation in the tin improves flavor and texture. Therefore, we have waited 8 months from production to present it.

It is a limited edition of 1,000 units, caught in Rianxo (A Coruña).

The tin design is an original work by the famous Galician artist Fernando Rei.
