The canned anchovies are the result of a careful selection of the best specimens. Coarvi only uses anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) caught exclusively on the Spanish coast, in the Mediterranean Sea and in the Cantabrian Sea. Prepared in an artisanal way to guarantee the unmistakable taste and texture. Through a traditional salting process and optimal maturation, they obtain succulent fillets with the perfect balance between intensity and softness.

At Conservas Coarvi, each anchovy is handled with care by expert hands, guaranteeing an impeccable presentation and an exceptional taste in every bite. Ideal to eat on its own, with bread and tomato or as a main ingredient in your favorite recipe.

Coarvi anchovies are exclusively of national origin, caught off the coast of Costa de Azahar, Vinaròs and in the area around the Ebro delta. Thanks to the proximity of the fishing grounds and the facility where the products are prepared, they ensure that the fish always arrives fresh.

In the fully artisanal production process, they use the country’s best oils and vinegars, a completely handcrafted preparation, made by hand according to recipes from their seafaring ancestors.
