From Patatas Bravas in Spain to Moqueca in Brazil to the unforgettable flavors of Sweden and Japan, our chef Luís Baena and nutritionist Inês Nogueira have created a revolutionary sequence of flavors that spans the globe.
By building our own cannery (the smallest in Portugal), we are no longer bound by the constraints associated with co-packing via a larger producer. Gone are the days of minimum order quantities. Gone are the days of compromise. Instead, our state-of-the-art facility – more laboratory than factory – offers an R&D capacity that is simply unmatched in the industry.
Our facility produces no more than 999 cans of each ABC+ series every day. This makes every can truly special. It also means we can source much smaller quantities of fish and do not have to develop concepts based solely on volume.
Our fish are selected based on what is fresh, in season, and above all, inspiring. This, combined with sauces that are handmade seasonally, means that no two batches (or even two cans) are completely identical. Instead of trying in vain to enforce uniformity for the sake of repetition, we embrace this uniqueness of experience, knowing that each can will be delicious in its own distinctive way. This makes our products more like single malt Scotch than blended whisky.
And all of this positions ABC+ to take the culinary world by storm.
