Sea Frais is a company founded in 2001 by Mr. Cronin Luan. Drawing on his experience as a smoked salmon vendor, his company focuses on the import of salmon. A few years later, the company entered the world of delicatessens by offering products that were little known to consumers: sprats. Since then, the range has been enriched with new products such as mussels, rillettes, cockles, and scallops. A whole array of different fish products to stimulate the consumer’s palate. To achieve this, they select only the most passionate retailers to offer the best of their products to the consumer. We are therefore very pleased to offer their fantastic sprats at Sardineshop!
The artisanal workshop of Sea Frais Gold, located in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, has been perfecting salmon since 2021. Various smoking and infusion methods enhance the salmon, making every tasting experience a true treat. Sea Frais Gold also offers an extensive range of seafood products, such as sprats—small fish related to sardines that are the perfect accompaniment to your aperitif. Taste this delicacy in all its flavors!
