Artisanally caught, selected, and prepared in olive oil, they are then delicately hand-packed in this revolutionary, innovative tin, featuring a transparent lid to showcase all their silvery colors.

Sea Frais is a company founded in 2001 by Mr. Cronin Luan. Drawing on his experience as a smoked salmon vendor, his company focuses on the import of salmon. A few years later, the company entered the world of delicatessens by offering products that were little known to consumers: sprats. Since then, the range has been enriched with new products such as mussels, rillettes, cockles, and scallops. A whole array of different fish products to stimulate the consumer’s palate.
