They cook them lightly to achieve the desired tenderness and then pack the fillets neatly into the tin. <\/p>\n<p>In this case, a very delicate green sauce is added, prepared in the traditional way with Albari\u00f1o from the Pazo de Rubianes vineyards, garlic, onion, parsley, and spices.
