Drawing on his experience as a smoked salmon vendor, his company focuses on the import of salmon. A few years later, the company entered the world of delicatessens by offering products that were little known to consumers: sprats. Since then, the range has been enriched with new products such as mussels, rillettes, cockles, and scallops. A whole array of different fish products to stimulate the consumer&#8217;s palate. To achieve this, they select only the most passionate retailers to offer the best of their products to the consumer. The sprats are never frozen.
